To ensure a smooth booking and optimal bike setup, please provide the following:

  1. Your ABC measurements — so we can configure your bike precisely to your specifications. View measurement guide
  2. Your pickup location — you’ll select this during the booking process. View pickup locations and addresses

Important Notices!!

Weekend Closure Notice — Santa Úrsula & Santa Cruz

Please be aware that our shops in Santa Úrsula and Santa Cruz are closed on weekends. Opening hours are Monday to Friday only. Bicycle collections and drop‑offs cannot be processed on Saturdays or Sundays. For weekend service, we invite you to visit one of our other locations.

Christmas & New Year Shop Closures

During the Christmas period, our Bike Point shop in El Médano and our Tri‑Ciclos shops in Santa Cruz and Santa Úrsula will be closed on 25th December 2025 and 1st January 2026. On these dates, we will not be able to process bookings or bicycle drop‑offs. For more information on our opening times please go to the bottom of this page.
